AI-native software consultancy

A team of AI experts that join yours.

We are not the firm that takes over your programme. We are the two or three people inside it who make the expensive calls correctly, ship alongside your engineers, and leave your team able to keep going without us.

Headcount stopped being the measure of what a software team can deliver. Judgement and standards did not.

Capabilities

Five roles we get called into

01

Technical authority

We take the senior seat on the calls that are expensive to get wrong — feasibility, architecture, sequencing — and give you an answer you can act on rather than a deck.

  • Technical due diligence and codebase assessment
  • Architecture and feasibility review before commitment
  • Phased engagement design and presales for AI-enabled delivery

02

Part of your core team

We embed. Your programme, your backlog, your standards — with senior people in it who have done the hard version before, and who are accountable for shipped work rather than advice.

  • Senior engineers inside your delivery team, not a parallel one
  • Modernization and cloud work carried with your team, on Azure or AWS
  • We keep the team small on purpose — no bench, no juniors billed as seniors

03

Enabling your teams

The goal is that your engineers do this without us. We run the workshops, set the standards, and put the evaluation practice in place that makes AI-assisted delivery measurable instead of anecdotal.

  • AI SDLC workshops and hands-on enablement
  • Claude Code and coding-agent adoption programmes
  • AI proficiency standards and evaluation practice

04

Agentic product development

We design agent systems that do real work: separated planning, implementation and review roles, wired into the systems a business already runs. Discovery moves in days.

  • Subagent systems, orchestration workflows, MCP integrations
  • Fast agentic discovery, then PoC through to production
  • Proof-of-concept work across the current agent tooling landscape

05

Platform and tooling

The leverage is usually in the tool nobody has built yet — migration tooling, evaluation platforms, and internal assistants wired into systems a company already pays for.

  • GenAI migration CLIs and code-transformation tooling
  • Evaluation platforms for model and agent quality
  • Internal AI platforms, analytics assistants and CRM integrations
  • Metadata-driven no-code engines and low-code platform architecture

How we work

How an engagement actually runs

01

Read the estate

Before a roadmap: the code, the pipelines, the tickets, the delivery reality. Due diligence discipline applied to your own systems, so the plan is grounded in what is actually there.

02

Prove it in days

Agentic discovery against the real domain, not a sandbox. A PoC that touches your data and your constraints, fast enough that being wrong is cheap.

03

Put a gate on it

Evaluation before scale. Agent output gets measured, reviewed by an independent role, and held to a standard — because the failure mode of AI delivery is confident output nobody checked.

04

Hand over and step back

To production, with your team able to run it. Standards, tooling and enablement stay behind. A small agency that becomes load-bearing is a risk to its client, and we would rather be re-hired than depended on.

What we work in

Agents and SDKs

  • Claude Agent SDK
  • Claude Code
  • MCP
  • Subagent systems
  • Agent orchestration
  • Tool and function calling

Models and retrieval

  • Frontier models
  • Open-source models
  • Local and self-hosted inference
  • RAG
  • Embeddings and vector search
  • Evaluation harnesses

Platform

  • .NET
  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Microservices
  • Temporal

Cloud and delivery

  • Azure
  • AWS
  • Azure DevOps
  • GitHub Actions
  • Terraform

Chosen per engagement, not per fashion, and usually inherited from the client rather than imposed. This is what recurs.

The gap we close

Vibe-coded to a demo. Now it has to survive production.

Teams get further than ever before hitting the same wall: the prototype works, and nobody can safely change it. No tests, no boundaries, secrets sitting in the client, dependencies nobody chose — and an agent that will cheerfully make all of it worse at speed. That is the moment we are useful.

  1. Security before launch

Secrets out of the client, authentication and authorisation that actually hold, input validated at the boundary, and a dependency tree somebody has looked at.

  2. Made safe to change

Real module boundaries, typed contracts, dead paths deleted. The difference between a codebase a team can extend and one they are afraid of.

  3. Tests where they pay

Coverage on the paths that lose money or data, written failing first so the test is proven to work. Not a percentage on a dashboard.

  4. Actually operable

Environments, migrations, observability, a rollback that has been rehearsed, and a bill you can predict.

  5. AI practice that keeps it clean

Agent standards, review gates and evaluations, so the next feature built at speed does not quietly undo this work.

We do not throw the codebase away and start again. The fastest path to production is almost always the code you already have, made safe to change.

Where we work

Remote-first, across three regions

We work with companies in the European Union, North America (United States and Canada) and the Middle East. Remote by default, on the client’s working hours, with overlap into every one of those time zones from Sarajevo.

  • European Union

Full working-day overlap from Central European Time

  • United States and Canada

Morning-to-afternoon overlap across Eastern and Central

  • Middle East

Near-complete working-day overlap with the Gulf

Open work

We build free tools the public can just use.

Alongside client work we run a small portfolio of web tools and give them away — no account, no upload, no cost. It is where we hold ourselves to the delivery standards we sell: in public, against real users, with nothing hidden behind a demo.

Tell us what is stuck.

Due diligence on a target, an AI programme that has stalled at PoC, a modernization your team is carrying without senior cover — those are the conversations we are useful in. We are a small team, so we say no to work we would do badly. Write to us and we will tell you plainly which this is.
